Rick Curtis performed at the Fourth Shadow coffee house in Fort Wayne,Indiana solo for a couple years before he joined the family group. Rick was interested in Bluegrass and carefully selected folk songs,some blues. He was a real power performer with 6 string,12 string and autoharp. Great guitar player. He had so much talent and should have stayed with the music he loved;never should have been in a group.
