Wow. I knew you were working on various things, but not all of them. You accomplished a great deal - and learning to relax will mean deciding when to be sociable and when to hunker down and work on exactly what you want to work on at home by yourself with whatever audible accompaniment (or none). I find I have to build in the social activities - going to work every day is not my idea of "society," though I enjoy many of my co-workers. At home, I putter around the house with the radio on, or CDs playing, but mostly radio. Society last weekend was attending a dance performance with my daughter, then coming back to the house to eat our annual "Welcome Summer" BLTs.

We have a hot spell coming (at last! Maybe it will dry up some of this humidity!) so this evening I put up my home-made sun shade on the side of the patio. One of these days I'll figure out a more attractive system than pvc pipe and leftover two-by-fours with a mesh tarp suspended from the patio cover roof out over the horizontal pvc and hanging a couple of feet clear of the ground so the dogs can run past without entangling in it. It felt several degrees cooler as I worked behind it while I put it in place.
