If it were possible to reshape the existent country into sections, do you have any ideas on where the divisions might be? Seems to me our differences are more social that geographical in nature. you couldn't have different sets of laws for each group, so you would have to designate areas for each, a Christian zone, an atheist zone, a smokers section etc. Sounds like a supersized Eurocluster to me.
