Watch the old English sci-fi film "The Day The Earth Caught Fire" to get really into the spirit of a heatwave, Senoufou. It's one of the best of the vintage black and white sci-fi films. Fine script, good acting (except for the 10 year old kid), no real need for fancy special effects...just a darned good suspense tale with an uncertain ending.
