The proper term is "driveaway" on accounta that's what you use it for... to drive away. Going or coming. When your vehicle is parked in your driveaway, you don't say it's parked in a parkway. As In, "My car was parked in the parkway last night and...". No. You say, "My car was in the driveaway..."
