Well, everyone has to admit the Democratic Convention has gotten off to a horrendous start. Thanks to the Russian hackers, there is no longer any doubt that the Democratic National Committee was doing its best (or worst) to tilt the primaries for Hillary Clinton. I suppose that's really no great surprise but I do resent the Russians trying to manipulate our elections. And, of course, Trump is delighted that they are so successful.

As a Bernie supporter in the Primary, I have no problem now urging others to stand with Hillary Clinton. There's no way this country can afford a Donald Trump. Reread IT CAN'T HAPPEN HERE by Sinclair Lewis in the 1930s, and think carefully before you sit this one out, vote for a third party candidate, or vote for Trump.
