Folks, a giant elephant is dropping ever-larger turds in the room. We do not have the luxury of choices anymore. There is exactly one. You can have Clinton, or you can have Trump. Period. Full stop.

Never mind all the yes-but-look-at [fill in the latest scandal] arguments. None of them makes any difference now. The only thing that matters is what name you mark in your ballot on election day. And the sole power available to you is: Decide which is the greater evil. Then back the lesser one.

Abstain or waste your vote on a third candidate - ANY third candidate - and you throw away your single chance of affecting the outcome which you, along with the rest of us, will be living under. We're all in the same boat come November, whatever our divisions in July. America's leader will either be Hillary Clinton, or else it will be Donald Trump. Choose. Don't run away because you don't like either of them.

The pile of elephant shit is growing as I type, and the room is only so big. It will smother us alive if we're not careful. If we're not mindful of the stark realities. If we're not unified.
