Hi Mom! thought I would pop in and give you the latest on me, because it seems like sooner or later anyone I want to know it will pass thorugh here, or talk to someone who practically lives here.

12 working days to go until retirement; and I just got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Seems like I have 35 to 42 plus "events" per hour; my average o2 levels while sleeping are only in the low 8's and drop into the 70's at times.

so the paperwork is in to get me fitted with a cpap unit. I'm going to try and put it off until after getaway - I suspect it won't be hard as it took them 6 weeks to get me the results of the sleep study.
