Hey, haven't you heard, the English are ruled by Scots! Our PM and Chancellor are both from north of the border. And now, MPs from Scotland can vote in Westminster, but English MPs don't get to vote in the Scottish Assembly. It's not independence, but its a darn sight better than it was.
