Yes, "For Fuck's sake" has pretty much replaced "For God's sake" in the modern vernacular. Therefore, one might say "Fuck" has replaced "God". As a non-theist, that's okay with me. I look forward to the day when our paper money bears the motto "In Fuck We Trust" and our children pledge allegiance to "One nation, under Fuck".
