The last time I saw him, it was 15 years ago tonight. He was here for 9/11, and I remember he had a concert scheduled that night. I'm pretty sure he played it.

After that tour, I believe it got much more complicated for non-US citizens to get into the country. That's my take on why he never came back, but it's just a guess
