I've had someone menace me by driving right behind my tail, then overtaking, only to sit right in front of my bumper. I am always doing the speed limit, not dawdling, but it seemed this chap just wanted to scare me. (He succeeded!) I didn't get his number as I was concentrating on not hitting him.
