Why would I want to tell the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles anything? I live in Florida.

That's not to say that Louisiana and Florida don't have a lot in common. To wit:

Both are hot, muggy, and mosquito-infested in the summer.
Both have lots of alligators and cottonmouths.
Both regularly get the shit beat out of them by hurricanes.
Both have economies largely based on taking as much money as possible from visitors who live in other states.
Both have lots of rednecks, though the ones in LA speak French and are called "Cajuns" while the ones in FL speak some unspecified form of gibberish and are called "Crackers".

They probably have a few positive things in common too, but I can't think of any.
