My powers of denial are such that I never *feel* old, but things that make me realize that *intellectually* include -

*Calculating that if I did get a college teaching job again, my degree would be older than many of my students.

*Remembering that I've taken passenger ships that weren't cruise ships, before planes were the only way to cross oceans.

*And, yes, scrolling downer and downer to find my birth year on dropdowns.
