I felt old when I overheard a couple of kids at a garage sale looking at a typewriter and one said to the other "It's what they had before computers, back in the olden times".

When I was their age, I would have considered "the olden times" somewhere before the Middle Ages, maybe even back to Biblical days, not a mere half a lifetime.
