I have just checked the status of the Music Room with Companies House (it is quite a simple procedure) and the company is listed as dormant with two directors and one secretary / director who also happens to be one of the directors!

If the company you are referring to is still trading then an accurate trading name would be useful in order to ascertain just who is in charge and whether they are trading legally.

The Vat people would proobably be more than interested if there is any skulldugery going on.
