I understand it quite clearly, Jim means that governments do not represent the wishes of the majority of the people , governments represent a tiny minority who are very wealthy, those very wealthy people have power through their wealth to subvert democracy. Keith , you may not agree with that, but IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT THIS IS WHAT HE MEANS
