Amos, when you stop in Meridian, MS on the 14th, be sure to eat some cheese grits and fried catfish. I can't recommend a particular restaurant, but there's no need to. If it doesn't have golden arches, it'll probably have cheese grits and fried catfish. And if you can't find a restaurant the has them, just stand outside your motel holding up a sign that says, "Need cheese grits and fried catfish!" Somebody will help you out.

By the way, if you order a salad with your cheese grits and fried catfish, don't expect a salad fork. They are illegal in the southeast except in the Buckhead section of Atlanta and some parts of south Florida.
