I had a strange recorded message phone call today about the possibility of electricity power cuts due to storm damage tomorrow, and a number to ring if we need help. It rather put the wind up me (sorry, couldn't resist that) Does everyone get these advisory/warning recorded messages, or is it only for the decrepit and elderly like me?
I'm getting a bit worried about this storm; we get quite strong winds anyway in Norfolk, but 70-80mph is going to be awful.
