On Windows 10, the 'extract' facility built into the file manager reports the file as invalid. I suspect it just doesn't know what to do with the MACOS stuff - probably by design.

But I unzipped it with 7-zip, which is open-source freeware:

I didn't need to use the command line. I right-clicked the archive file in the file manager, selected 7-Zip, then Extract Here.

It extracts the __MACOSX folder too. Just delete it.
