Ian used to be a regular visitor the White Lion in Wherwell, many years ago. I remember his singing with great fondness, and his strong personality. I don't think it is unfair to say that he was fond of a pint or two! As with the experience of some of the above posters, he disappeared off the radar, and we were always hoping to see him once more.
