I have no problems with the change to DST. The Spring adjustment feels about the same as traveling one time zone to the east, something I do several times a year. I suspect that folks who live near time zone boundaries and frequently travel from one time zone to the other are less affected by DST changes than those who spend most of their time in a single time zone.
