There is no need to rush to judgement. Why not just wait a few days to allow a clearer understanding of what enquiries can discover?

So far there are no clear indications that this man was in any way linked with or directed by anyone else. The fact that "Isis" issued a claim that he was their "soldier" is meaningless in itself. It merely indicates that they are pleased with his actions.

That doesn't mean that the possibility doesn't exist that there was direction. As I said, wait and see. But there are plenty of cases of sad and disturbed doing terrible things, and pinning their actions to some political or religious issue that is in the media.
