Hi, Mom! I just ran my nuts through a sieve! Okay, it was really a colander, not a sieve. A metal thing with a bunch of 3/16" holes in it. If you put your nuts in it and shake them around, all the small broken pieces and little flakes of red peanut skin fall through the holes and you're left with nice clean nuts.
