I was bored while waiting for the salt fish to boil so I read the recipe on the Shoal Water Seafoods package. "Form mixture into cakes or patties, approximately 2 tablespoon per cake." WTF? WTF? Seriously, W.T.F!? TWO TABLESPOONS!? Now, I have never measured but mine gotta be ten, minimum. Near the size of a baseball before I flattens 'em. Two a my fishcakes an' yer blood pressure goes up 10+ points. Two tablespoons? Who ever heard a that? Bluenosers they be! Outta Digby across The Bay. Nowt ever would a Herring Choker serve up "one bite" fishcakes. They must have big spoons.
