Thread Name: Chord Req: Fisherman's Song (Fred Lavery)
Subject: ADD: Fisherman's Song by Fred Lavery
I don't have chords, but I found lyrics ag GEST:

FISHERMAN'S SONG
(Fred Lavery)

On the shores of Aconi,
'Round four in the mornin',
The fishermen rise from their dreams;
Boats ready and waitin,
There's no hesitatin',
Shove off, boys, there's work to be done.

Haul away the whole long day,
Bearin' the toil and the strain;
Restless and free, you're a part of the sea,
Fathers of children like me.

Duckin' the spray,
They go sailin' away,
Red faces straight into the wind;
They're dipping and shifting,
Oh, boys, how they're lifting,
It's off to the banks they will go.

Haul away the whole long day,
Bearin' the toil and the strain;
Restless and free, you're a part of the sea,
Fathers of children like me.
