Subject: Anyone in UK watching Arena just now?
BBC4. Fabulous programme called 'American Epic' about music in USA, 1920's and 30's. Started with Appalachian music (Carter family) and is now dealing with Memphis jug bands.
Wonderful old film clips and recordings.
I'm really enjoying the jug bands!
