Oh, Mom, hello! I've been away in the wild northern climes where the fingers of warm and golden summer have just begun scratching the pate of the rain-weary denizens of Maine. Been viting along the Penobscot for a few days. Had a grand time, I don't mind telling you. I had to get up at 3 AM this morning to get to Bango in time for a six AM flight.
