If a supermarket prices items at the till higher than the displayed price just leave the goods and walk out. It does not take too many repetitions of this behaviour to bring a supermarket to its knees.
Clogged tills, staff replacing items on shelves, time wasted and best of all bad publicity, and others will quickly learn to repeat the exercise. Job Done.
