That's what I just don't get about the trump-worshippers. I could, to a degree, understand if someone were to say, "Yes, he says some whacked-out, crazy things, tells some whoppers, and his behaviour seems bizarre at times - but I think he's the man to get things done." But instead, we get, "He's definitely the man to get things done, and furthermore, everything he says makes sense and is truthful, and his behaviour is admirable." I don't know if the blind devotion to this loud-mouthed cretin is beyond human understanding - but it's certainly beyond this human's understanding.
