I discovered that you can use all three of the filter fields: title, age, and filterout. Examples:
http://mudcat.org?title=tech&age=60
http://mudcat.org?title=BS&age=1&filterout=1

'age' is cerainly the most useful one. Thanks for mentioning it, Joe.
