Nope; I heard it from the monkey errr...the Librarian himself that they are on the shelves right next to all the greatest Lost and Unwritten Novels. However, since it has been shown conclusivly that the library at Unseen Univeristy is connected to ALL libraries throughout time and space - perhaps that annex is actually located in the High-energy magic building and access is through the Library.
