All major terrorist organisations operating in the west are Sunni. Yet the foreign office has been in Sunni pockets and opposed to Shia since the days of Lawrence. Personally I would sell arms to neither, maybe not to anyone. produce them for use at home, fine, but we can't say we sell then to "good people" as Keith wants.
