DaveRo says, "I notice today that apostrophe is appearing as ? in some posts. So "I'll just add..." appears as "I?ll just add..."."

Those are the curly apostrophes, Dave - so probably the text was copy-pasted from a word processor. The straight apostrophes don't have that problem.
