I sent an inquiry through the inquiry resource on the Good Humor website. I also discovered some lyrics other ones than above. (Different tune, too, probly.) And somewhere in there are some very racist lyrics and catch phrases. Also, there is apparently a movie. Wow! Folklore! It sure are instresting!
