Steve, I'm looking at that article on a chrome browser on a tablet.
Right up at the top of the window is a box with the text

That is called the 'url\URL'.
If I copy it and paste it into the top box of the 'Make a link ("blue clicky)'
then click 'Create link'
I see this, but with an extra lefthand arrow before 'a href'...

Cut and paste this into your post:

Copying everything in that section then pasting it I get

I'd normally then delete the"Cut and paste this into your post:" bit.

Is that any help?
