Thank you keberoxu. Becky and I were talking about it this evening. Much of the time we are ok though it's always below the surface. I had thought I was getting over it , but then there was talk of putting down the dog we had got for tommy , and I fell apart for a bit. Fortunately following a second visit to the vet and steroids and other tablets , she quietened down and rarely nips now.                         Blessings all.   Pete
