Yes but does the BBC, Times, Guardian etc always clearly differentiate. They are all equally guilty - some more than others.

On a related note referring back to the Robinson case. A 'D' notice was put in place to stifle debate. D notices were originally designed to cover security matters.To impose it on the Robinson jailing smacks of Orwellian abuse of power. Does that not worry you ? It has been discussed worldwide and also spread by alternative media, but initially not a peep from British sources. I recommend you read the article linked.
