Is anyone organising a sensible (if late) submission on behalf of the Mudcat (with lots of UK members)? Pressure of time precludes me offering. Sham and Magrath may be best placed but if drafting do avoid the inflammatory or argumentative (been t here, done that, failed to persuade DTI who are a s slippery as a bunch of snakes).
