Seed I feel at home here too and for the reasons that Joe mentioned. I think we should bear in mind that there are new people joining all the time and that we should be making them welcome and not giving the impression that it is a cosy place to which they do not belong and cannot contribute. I don't feel that is the the case at the moment but it is something that needs to be worked at all the time. Thank you all for all the help and debate so far, long may it continue.
