Nobody is suggesting that he made the bombs and posted them. But it is the atmosphere created by his inflammatory rhetoric which has led to his supporters, or people who see themselves as his supporters, being emboldened to do such a thing. If you are trying to say that its people on the left (in an American context) doing this, then you are away with the faries.
