Ole solskjier (sic) has been mentioned. I would prefer Ryan Giggs to work with Michael Carrick to start the re-building. We need a person(s) who can get back to creating    a youth policy as well as re-juvenating the Premier League side.

It won't be quick, there is a lot to do but like most supporters I don't expect miracles.
