Pedant strikes again: Roosevelt didn't in fact serve four terms. He just got elected four times.

It strikes me the whole idea of an executive President is a pretty daft idea. It seems to work out far better having a ceremonial one like many countries do. Then if they turn out to be crazy it doesn’t really matter too much. And it doesn’t,t see to make any difference if a ceremonial head of state is elected or hereditary either.
