We fall at 32 ft per sec per sec on Earth, on Jupiter cloud tops we fall at over 300 ft per sec...The speed of gravity moves at the speed of light/causality everywhere.

Anti gravity is generated by a negative pressure in bubble regions of empty space to preserve the proportionality of energy to space and like gravity accelerates not the attraction of mass but the expansion of space.

Therefore Anti gravity does not cancel or annihilate gravity.
Anti gravity that would cancel gravity would require a force that would shield mass from propagating the force of its energy and mass which is either impossible or unknown.
