Charles, you never cease to surprise and amaze us. We just finished reading your novel, "Mary of the Woods", the very best read in a long while for both of us. Our initial comments are still valid but we would like to add that the historical and natural knowledge, the emotions described all came together to evoke a real feeling for the people, time and place.
