It depends, of course, on how well the job was done and if the angle is correct. It also depends on the age and model/make. If the posts seem even and you can test turn them to see if they move in & out smoothly, then it's probably worth trying.... but, depending on where YOU are, it might be easier to find used ones with no need for experimenting.... and "a good price" is a relative thing.
