Dominic Cummins was reported by a BBC interviewer last night to have been seen in Parliament, staggering pissed and carry a half-empty wine bottle .
He is described in The Independant as "'Some loud bloke who stunk of booze yelling at us'" (that must have been earlier in the day)
A rumour is circulating among politicians that Cummings, if he is ever elected, will demanding that sittings in The House will have to be timed to fit in with local opening hours in order not to interfere with his drinking habits
