I wonder if it is time
to have another look around in the Recovery Ward.

It's been, shall we say, eventful between then and now.
Some Mudcat oldtimers have not been heard from directly
for some time --
individual Mudcat members are, or are not, in touch with them.
There have been Mudcat members
who have suffered the loss of a family member.

And on the eastern side of the pond,
a special election approaches, symptomatic
of an entire government
which perhaps needs more than a Recovery Ward
to fix what is no longer working.
