I added a couple of verses which kids enjoy. I know an old lady who swallowed a hippopotamus
She just opened her epiglottamus and swallowed the hippopotamus.

I know an old lady who swallowed a dinosaur
I bet she was kinda sore when she swallowed that dinosaur.
