A retired miner goes around to his mate's house to take him for their usual Sunday morning pint
He knocks on the door and when it is opened, he asks his mate's wife, "Is Tommy coming for a pint ?"
She replies, "I'm afraid Tommy had a heart attack and died yesterday"
After a short pause he asks, "Did he say anything about a can of paint ?"
